2013 NFL Season Total Wins Outlook: Bullish on Bills in 2013

The AFC East is a tough place to make a living and no one knows that more than the Buffalo Bills.  Optimism and hope for the future are high in Buffalo and we think the evidence will present itself in 2013.

According to the NFLPredictor.com season forecast model,  the Bills should exceed expectations in 2013 much to many’s surprise.  Ordinarily, a new coach and possibly a new quarterback equates to not many wins in a NFL season.  We feel that oddsmakers have taken that into account but perhaps too much so.  Our prediction model calls for an 8 win season for the Bills.  That’s a 1.5 games more than the oddsmakers think.

BoDog Sportsbook has set the over/under on the Buffalo Bills total wins this season at 6.5.  So naturally we really like the over as we think the Bills will be a bit of a surprise in 2013.  Yes we know the Patriots play in the AFC East but so do the Jets and the Dolphins, two teams who are not in their glory days.  As a whole, the AFC is not the dominant conference so the Bills have a chance.  Yes a chance.  Nothing more.
